Refund policy

Our trial policy gives 15 days to try a product before deciding whether you want to keep or return it.
In order to return a product, you MUST contact us and ask for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please email Customerservice@notjustreeds.com with your order number to receive your RMA number.

If 15 days have passed since your receipt of an order and you find you need to return an item, please email customerservice@notjustreeds.com for a review of your issue. We want to help you with any order issues. There will be additional fees based on the individual late return request. We will not accept returns after 30 days. Returns without an RMA will be subject to a 33% restocking fee. 

Product must be in new condition to be returned. You will be charged a 15% restocking fee and our $.5.55 shipping charge if your purchase falls under $33.00. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs and delivery responsibilities for returning your item. Please select a method of shipping you trust. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Scratches, bite marks, and discoloration are all considered damage. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 2 days of receipt of your order. We appreciate any pictures of the damage that you can send to us. Please protect mouthpieces from teeth and ligatures. We recommend using a fabric ligature and a mouthpiece patch. Opened boxes of reeds will not be accepted back. Damaged product will be charged a 33% restocking fee and the $5.55 shipping charge. All original hardware and packaging must also be included with each item returned. Items returned in any condition other than new will be subject to these fees.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
